Following completion of Dr Joe’s Healthcare Practitioner Program and membership in his Inner Health Coalition, I have received additional training to become a Certified Facilitator of Dr Joe’s “Back to Balance” Meditation Series. My Meditation Practice
I have had a meditation practice for over 25 years and love to share my joy of meditation with others. My own spiritual journey has taken me to explore a variety of meditation paths and practices. Most recently, I am excited to be able to share Dr. Joe Dispenza's "Back to Balance" Meditation Series as a powerful tool for personal transformation.
