I am a long time meditator (25+ years) who facilitates people’s inner journey to support exploration of one's relationship with their true nature, their own self, inner peace and connection to all that is.

As a meditation / mindfulness coach I love to share the joy of meditation with others. Whether you are new to the practice, wish to discover an effective tool to infuse calm into your life, or if you want to cultivate inner awareness for a deeper experience, together we create a non judgmental, comfortable environment for any practitioner to gain the most from their meditation experience, regardless of meditation orientation, training or previous experience.
